Service Call & Diagnostic Policy
Diagnostic service (appliance inspection): $85. Approve the repair and the $85 is waived; you pay only labor and replacement parts. If you decline the repair after the diagnosis, the $85 covers the technician’s time and evaluation.
What the $85 Covers
• Professional on-site inspection of one appliance• Diagnostic testing to identify the cause of the problem
• A clear repair estimate (parts + labor), so you can decide with confidence
When the $85 is Waived
• If you approve the repair (at the appointment or after receiving the estimate), the $85 is credited/waived.• You then pay only for labor and replacement parts required to complete the repair.
When the $85 Applies
• If you choose not to proceed with the repair after we provide the diagnosis/estimate.• If the unit is not repairable or the repair is not cost-effective and you decide not to continue.
• If the service call is for evaluation only (e.g., a check for an insurance or warranty claim) and no repair is authorized.
Additional Notes
• One appliance per service call. Additional appliances may require additional diagnostic fees.• If a special-order part is needed, we will provide an estimate and timing; once you approve, the diagnostic fee remains waived and we’ll return to complete the repair.
• Transparent pricing: you’ll see line items for labor and parts on your final invoice; no hidden fees.
• Rescheduling: please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Payment methods: major credit/debit cards, cash, and invoice by email (if applicable).
• Warranty: standard parts and labor warranties apply as stated on your invoice/estimate.
